The Fine Print
Privacy policy.
The honest summary: this is a static website. We collect almost nothing, and we’d like to keep it that way.
Last updated: July 15, 2026
What we collect
- Directly from you: nothing right now. There are no accounts, no comments, and no forms in operation. Our newsletter signup is not yet live; when it launches it will collect your email address only with your explicit opt-in, through our email provider, and every issue will include an unsubscribe link.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) automatically processes technical data such as IP address, user agent, and requested URLs to serve and secure the site. We don’t use this data to identify visitors. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google’s servers. See Google’s privacy policy.
What we don’t do
- No advertising trackers or cross-site tracking pixels.
- No sale of personal information — we don’t hold any to sell.
- No profiling, and no data collection from anyone under 18. This site is for adults only.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly-necessary cookies for security purposes (such as bot mitigation). Tools like the Strategy Lab run entirely in your browser and don’t send your inputs anywhere.
Affiliate and outbound links
Links to casinos and other third-party sites — including affiliate links — take you to services with their own privacy practices, which we don’t control. Affiliate partners may know you arrived from our link (that’s how commissions work), but we don’t receive personal information about you from them. Read any casino’s privacy policy before creating an account.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Because we don’t maintain databases of visitor data, there is usually nothing for us to retrieve — but you can always reach out via the contact route on our About page and we’ll respond honestly.
Changes
If our data practices change — for example when the newsletter launches — we’ll update this page and the “last updated” date at the top before the change takes effect.
